i have a 2000 blazer 4.3 5 speed its not passing emissions the monitors are not sayin they have completed i have drivin it 150 miles the egr isnt reporting to the monitors. i changed the thermostat the fan clutch is good an the truck runs at 197 constant temp doesnt change temp at all. also the cam position inst at 0 its at -7. the truck runs an drives great the fuel trims are perfect presure is right. there are no codes reporting either. i have tried many time to set the egr an its not doin it. the egr shows activity everything reports but doest set the monitors what could be the problem here an how can i fix this???
