Default Blend Door Accuater Removal

I have research this topic on the forum and found lots of useful, but need help to get the accuator out of the vehicle. I have dropped the glove box door and can see the accuater and two of the three screws that hold it in. However, I cant get my hands into the small space. Is there an easy way to get at this thing???

Get someone with small hands!!! My son, to be fair his hands aren't that small managed to remove mine using just a socket on it's own, i think it was 5.5mm, a firm grip and lots of patience. Other than that the dash has to come out!!!!!!

Managed to get it out (with my son's help) and found one of the gears is cracked. Had to move the vacuum unit out of the way first. Now I need to understand what this vac unit is attached to on the air box. I has become detached and I can't figure out how to re-attach, looks as if the lever it connects to may have broken.
