blinking blazer

can anyone help with this ??? when my seat belt is in use why does the little guy keep blinking on&off @diffrent times we are riding a 96 s blazer ls 4dr 4 wd auto any ideas out there .

If 'the little guy' is the seat belt warning light, check under the seat and make sure that the sensor is plugged in tightly.

99 blazer 4hi does not stop blinking when trying to engage 4wd.
