Default blower motor problems

my blower motor is spinning at a slow speed no mater what setting its on and make a humming/vibrating sound and doesn't work at all when i put it at max speed. i have replace the motor with the correct auto control motor and the control switch and still have this issue. the system is the auto/computer climate controls. i haven't replaced the resistor yet and want to see if anyone know if is that or something else

If you have the computer climate control system, then you must have a second gen Blazer. You also won't have a resistor network for the blower motor but a solid-state control module.

Perhaps it has failed or cannot function properly. When I had to replace my blower motor for making noise, I found that the space where the module is placed was packed with leaves. I'm sure it did not help its function. This might be an easy check to do on yours.

The blower motor would be placed in the hole on the left.
