Blower Motor won't work

Blower Motor won't work
Got a 2000 s/10 Blazer 4wd. When I first start it up, and turn the heat on the blower will work at all speeds. After a couple of minutes the blower quits and won't work at any speed. What should I check?

Do you have any problems with your wipers not working sometimesalso? I'm not sure if they are in the same location from a 2000 to a 2004 blazer but there are 2 ground wires on the fire wall one just to the right of the wiper motor and the other just to the right of the blower motor both bolted to the top of the firewall.
