I have 3 relays next to each other on my 1996 Chevy Blazer. Does anyone know which one is the blower motor relay? I am pretty sure the one on the left is the starter relay but I am unsure about the other 2.

I actually think it is the center one. My references only show the two on the left, but it lists the one all the way to the left as the center high mounted stop lamp (CHMSL == 3rd brake light) and the one next to it as the blower motor relay. You could try swapping the wiring and seeing if your CHMSL still works.

 

Thank you for the reply. When I pulled the one out in the center, the blower stopped working, when I pulled the one out are the far left the vehicle would not start.

 

What was your original issue?? I am looking to purchase a '97 and the fan does not come on at all. The guy selling it (buys them wholesale, fixed and resells) says its the relay. So I am now guessing that he is telling the truth (at least around this..)

I am new to Blazers but not to Chevy's, anything I should look out for?? everthing seemed to work, its an LS, body was nice, not a spec of rust on the body(in NH no less), brake lines replaced and it need driver side door hinge pins.
