Default Blowing fuse

Hello all! I have a 1996 Blazer 4x4 with 175,000 miles. The fuse for the tail lights and dash keeps blowing. I noticed that it blew once when I applied the brakes or simply make a turn. I bought it used 2 weeks ago and have replaced 4 fuses since. Could it be anything else on that fuse thats blowing it. I don't have a manuel so I can't check anything else. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I found the problem to be the wiring that goes through the driver side door. The wiring had burned through it's insulation and were touching.
