Brake booster trouble
Sorry if I'm doing this wrong I just joined and need some help.... My parents gave me their 2000 blazer 4wd and I am fixing the issues on it so I can sell my truck and have cash for a newer vehicle.... I fixed the wheel bearing already but I noticed that I only have pressure in the brake pedal wen the vehicle is off... Wen it is on it goes to the floor... So I took apart the steering column panel and was able to disconnect the booster from the brake but my only issue is getting to the far upper right Bolt.... I can get a socket on it but since it has to be a deep well I have no room for a ratchet... I can get a wrench on it but there is no room to move it.... I'm out of ideas and tired of spending money on tools that "might" work....
They have intermediate sized sockets, in between deep and shallow. I always use one of those and a 1/4 inch drive ratchet. Works every time.
I cut down that stud a bit on the new booster before I install it to make it much easier

Thanks for the quick reply.... Is that the only logical way of doing it? I just want to be sure before I go buy a socket set.... Also when I put they new one back on how important is it to have that Bolt tight? I was thinking just tighten the other 3 a good amount and either leave that 4th off or just finger tight
