So the other day, I guess I had a lean missfire that shot off the brake booster line from the engine. Once I figured out it was that, it looked like all I has to do was just put in back in by matching the tabs, instering, then twisting. But ever since then it sounds like a air hiss from that hole, my car is ultra sluggish from a stop to acceleration, and when I turn off the engine when the hood it open about two seconds after the engine is off the hissing goes away too. Is there a type of sealant or maybe o ring that should be in the port on the engine that holds the line on or am I missing something?

Kinda except it's a single L shape in into the engine with no other ports to attach hoses. I can take a picture of that'll help.

Needs to be an O ring on the fitting, and the "ears" are distorted, that's why it popped out. Boneyard or GM dealer.
