Anyone hook up a brake controller to a 99 with the tow package and trailblazer trim? I've done some searching but seem to be finding conflicting info about where to look for the wiring. When I wired up the 7 way connecter on the truck there was a heavy duty blue wire which I assume is for the brake controller, I didn't wire it in at the time, but it's an easy fix to go back and hook it up. My questions is where does this wire terminate, I've heard somewhere under the hood and I need to run it into the cabin and also it might be under the dash already. Anybody have any solid info on where I should be looking? I am about to order the controller but haven't started searching for wiring yet, just hoping to get an idea where to look when it arrives.

 

I spotted the wires under my airbox from this how to, I'm going to assume that I can just follow the rest of it accordingly.
