brake line replacement
Have a 99 Blazer and blew a brake line on my way home from work the other day. Blew it right beside the fuel tank. Problem is i can't tell which is a fuel line and which is the brake line without dropping the tank. Trying not to do this because tank is between 1/2 and 3/4 full. Have been up and down the driver's side several times looking for anything that might be the brake line and can't see it. Any suggestions.

If my memory serves me correctly the brake line (pipe) is on the outside, the two fuel lines are on the inside. You can replace the brake line without dropping the tank, but it takes time. You likely will need to pb blast the brake line connections, if the brake line rotted, the connections can be in bad shape also. Note that AutoZone sells a cooper/nickel brake line the bends much easier than steel and does not corrode like steel.

usually the connections should be after the fuel tank . if you gotta replace it, pull it off the rubber line line in the back and try wiggling and pulling it around to see if itll move
