I have a real problem . I have a 1995 4wd Blazer , just replaced the rotors and pads the front , now when ever i am at a full stop i get a vibration sound through the whole truck , like its slipping. Tried to remove the fuse for the ABS and it still did it . The pads I replaced them with are Ceramic if that makes a diff. When the fuse is back in for the ABS no lights come on so i don't think its the sensors ? Any thoughts ........

I don't know about ceramic pads 'cause I've never used them. I find that a good quality semi-mettalic pad works well

I have used ceramic pads on my Bonneville and will never go back to semi-metallic pads ever again. They may have a tendancy to squeal a bit more if cheap pads are used, but the low dust is what I really like about them and their stopping power is great.
As to your issue... How did the pads fit in the guides? Did you re-lube the slider pins? Did anything look/feel weird during disassembly?

Everything went together great no problems ... When i spoke to my Tech guy he said it was the sensors for the ABS in the wheel bearing and he was the one who told me to pull the fuse and it would fix the problem , He did say that those were a common problem and he would have to order a new bearing assembly ... But once i did what he requested the problem still remained . One thing I did notice is when you start the truck after it as sat for an hour or two and then make your first brake the pedal does go right down and feels spongy , with or without the ABS being enabled., after that the braking feels better but still spongy... I checked the levels in the master cylinder and they are fine not down at all....
Strange that this sponginess still remains after both rotors and pads were replaced. Funny thing is when there is no pull on the truck , like it's in neutral it dissapears .....

Sounds like you could have a master cylinder failing or the vacuum booster. Or you need to bleed the brakes to remove air that might have gotten into the lines...start at RR then go to LR then RF then LF...making sure that the master cylinder does not drop fluid level.
