depends on your driving habits

If you drive it like it stolen I suggest a ceramic pad (Premium)
If you drive average a metallic pad (Mid Priced)
if it sits around a lot an organic pad (cheap)

Just looking for something for daily driving.
MAde the mistake and installed a set from AutoZone. Still after about 200 miles, they still squeak. Then I remembered the guy at the counter said I should go with OEM material which is ceramic. Think I got the organic pads.

Which brand from Amazon?

RockAuto has front metallic Brembo's for $12...

I had 99,000 miles on my rear stock brake pads and they had/have 2/3 third of the pad left...2000 blazer 4x4 4.3...I still have them in the box...I have put around 52,000 on the front replacement ones (The best you can get) and I think they are about ready to be change out...was told by a mech, the first OEM ones are the best after that its all down hill...

Does it really matter if the pad material is organic or ceramic?

This squealing is really getting on my nerves...
