Brake problems

Default Brake problems

Have been having issues with front brakes dragging on my 99 s10 blazer, well replaced both lines, calipers movement fine after doing the work now all 4 wheels drag could it be the master cylinder HELP.

Default BRAKE Problems

After replacing 2 front brake lines I still have a dragging problem, but now its all 4 wheels , could this be the master cylinder ?

Open up a bleeder and see if it changes how easily the wheel rotates.

Yes I have tried this, but it does not release.

Then the problem is either a stuck caliper piston, or binding hardware, (guide pins etc).

after fixing the front lines, cleaned pins etc.., now the rear and front are dragging

Opening the bleeder takes the master cylinder and lines out of the equation. A stuck piston or binding hardware are the only possibilities.

Default dragging front and rear brakes

although the rear was not dragging as much as the front , I called a master mechanic I know ,told him the problem ,1st answer was front rubber hoses ,told him I replaced them ,his answer was master cylinder , Got a new unit bleared it and install dragging brakes fixed.
