Bravada front 4x4 driveshaft in Blazer

Default Bravada front 4x4 driveshaft in Blazer

I picked up a low mileage front prop shaft from a bravada at the local pull a part... It looks different than my blazer shaft but it looks like it will fit. Is there any benefit to the bravada drive shaft? It looks to be one inch longer and the shaft is thinner.

I believe the bravadas hubs (permanently locked) and the blazers are different. I would be surprised if they fit. Some one torch me with the internet flame thrower if I am wrong.

The bravada shaft fits... It's in better shape than my original so I'm going to run it. They certainly look different, I don't know if one is better than the other. Here's a pic of the difference (blazer on top bravada below):
