Burning Coolant

Hey guys,
Have a 98 blazer that I just blew something on. I did a full headgasket replacement and sent the heads out to be rebuilt. I checked for flatness on the block and it was within spec. Replacing all gaskets on my way down, but I did not replace the bolts on the lower intake.
Today it started leaking coolant into the cylinder, so bad I was blowing white smoke to get it home where I can work on it. It has cooled off and I have the upper intake off. Pulled the #4 spark plug and coolant dumped out.
My question is, is there any way for coolant to get in the cylinder except through the headgasket? Does the lower intake have a coolant passage that it can leak into the cylinder? If it comes down to doing another headgasket, I will be throwing a different motor in this thing instead.

For coolant to enter cylinder #4, (center cylinder passenger side) either the head gasket leaked, (not likely if it was installed & torqued properly) or the cylinder head is cracked. The lower intake gasket can only leak coolant into cylinders 1, 2, 5 or 6, but again, not very likely.
