bypass speed limit on '96 blazer sport

anyone know of a method of bypassing the speed limit of 95mph on my blazer, although i dont drive that fast often, i would like to when i want

The speed limiter has to be overridden by reprogramming the PCM.

can it be done with the tech II ?????????? i have access to both the tech II and master tech tools
