A/C Compressor - Change at Home?

Thanks everyone for your advice. Since I don't have a way to capture the r134A, I think that I am going to let a pro do it. I almost always do my own work, unless there is a risk of making it worse. This seems like one of those situations. Still, I hate to have to pay a shop to do it. I do enjoy and take pride in doing my own work.
