Hi! I have a very nice 98 Chevy Blazer from my inlaws.
I have a lot of repairs to do, but right now my problem is that
the fan for the heat/ac is not working. Is this something I can fix?
Also there is a sound in the dashboard-near passenger side that sounded like
a clicking , but now sounds like a buzzing. The sound is not constant, wonder if there is some relation to the fan. Any help or suggestions where to start?

The heater core has nothing to do with the fan. Does the fan work on the highest setting but not the lower ones? If so, then its just the blower motor resistor.
If not, I would look into any vaccum leaks or a faulty blend door actuator.

Took the Blazer in. The fan for the AC/Heater didn't work at all. 1 of 3 wires was fixed.
The buzzing coming from passenger's side dashboard area is still unsolved. I was told it needed a new fuel pump -that it was making the sound.
Wrong! The fuel pump was replaced and it still buzzes when using turn signal, and recovery and cruise control. Any thoughts on the buzzing? Thanks!
