Probably will have to use a tap and die set to remove the broken bolts after you have soaked them with PB Blaster.

I have a 2001 2wd blazer and i have a question and i was wondering if anybody can help me.I live in California and I have 2 cats on my truck and i was wondering if its bad to gut one out? will it prevent me from passing the smog test? If anybody can answer my question that will be great. I have a super 44 on it now but i was wondering by gutting one out, would it make it louder? Thanks again.
