Changed Diffs Fluid

Today I got both rear and front differentials fluid changed; front is easy, rear not so much!
The rear cover was rusty (as expected) and instead of replacing it as I was going to do, but forgot to order one, I spent a good hour with a wire brush on a drill and cleaned the exterior surface. Also cleaned the bolt heads and then sprayed painted the exterior surface and the bolt heads.
So hopefully that keeps the rust growth at bay for awhile.
Used a FelPro gasket and bolted the cover back in place.
I bought a length of 1/2" outside diameter clear vinly hose at the good ole Home Depot; stuck one end into the fill plug hole and routed the hose out the rear. Carefully poured the gear lube into the hose end and let gravity work for me. Took alot more lube than I expected before lube came out the fill port...but anyways plugged it up and headed to the front diff.
Front is so much easier. Drain bolt and fill bolt came out very easily. Used the same hose, but able to route hose almost directly vertical, so lube flowed much quicker....and the front takes less lube; had the front done in 20 minutes, start to finish.
Already changed the transfer fluid (Smurf Juice) couple of weeks ago, so hopefully I am good for another 100,000 miles....as far as these components anyways.
