i have a 2001 blazer. i have recently done the throttle body mod and shaved the restrictor plate down. now im gettin a p101 code i was wondering if doing the mod is what caused the code or is it something else. have anyone done the mod and got this code? any info on this is help.

 

Simply doing the mod will not set the DTC. If you disconnected the MAF sensor with the ignition in the RUN position, the DTC will set and illuminate the SES light.
