I got code P0101 that said, "Mass or volume air flow circuit range/performance"

What does it mean? Bad MAF sensor?

When was the last time you cleaned the MAF sensor? Do you have an aftermarket oiled air filter?

P0101 from OBD-Codes.com may give you some direction.

 

Stock air filter. I haven't cleaned the sensor because I just got the vehicle a month ago.
How can you clean the sensor?

 

My response in MAF problems resolved should give you an idea of how to clean the MAF sensor. I know there is a better one, but I just can't find it at the moment.

And they make MAF specific cleaners that may work better than a general purpose electrical cleaner.
