When your Check Engine Light comes back on have it scanned, there should be a code or codes, the CEL would not come on if there was no codes, do not keep resetting it, it is trying to tell you what is wrong

Well guess again as we have scanned it many times while light is on and no codes come up...

Scan it with a better scan tool? If the light is on, that means there are stored codes.

Sorry but there is no code. We scan many cars every week and have one of the best scanners they make and still no code. What kind of scanner would you suggest ??

The code I found to come up with the latest interval off the top of my head is PO146(?)

Which is the last code from your O2 right before the cat.

Mind you I havent seen a code you reset that hasn't come up..
