Default 98 Blazer fuel leak

Hello,

A couple of months back I had an intake manifold gasket go on me causing overheating, etc. Anyway, I did the work to replace the gasket and all seemed fine. Recently I've noticed a strong smell of gas and decided to check it out. I've got a leak and can see fuel spraying out. The leak is on top of the engine where the fuel rail meets the plastic housing. I've only got a leak on the rear pipe that goes into the housing. So I've removed it to find a damaged O-Ring. I attempted purchasing a pack of fuel safe O-Rings from Autozone to use one as a replacement. The two that I thought would fit either broke or tore easily when trying to fit them onto the fuel rail. So that leads me to a couple of questions:

1. Is there a diagram that I can look at that shows the order of the o-ring and metal washer or any other parts that I may be missing?
2. Any suggestions as to what I should purchase to resolve this fuel leak?

Going through a tank a week, and a being a fire hazard are not on my list of things to continue doing. I'm sorry if I didn't explain my issue very well, as I'm not actually that mechanically inclined. Thanks for your help!

Ok from the intake manifold replacement thread:

- Remove the two 8MM nuts holding the fuel lines into the manifold. Carefully store the nuts and the metal bar/retainer they hold in place. Note that the flat side of the metal bar faces upward, and must be re-installed in the same position.
- Gently but firmly rock and pull the fuel lines upward.

Be aware that the tip of each fuel line has two O-rings and a metal washer on it. DO NOT LOSE THESE.

I think I lost one of the O-rings for the fuel line toward the back (closer to the firewall) of the engine, and need to replace both of them. I still have the metal washer.

Does anyone know where I could get these?

Would this set do the trick: http://bit.ly/aYt4G7 (Fuel Injector O-Ring Kit at NAPA)

Also, does anyone know the order of the O-rings and the metal washer?
