Default Chevy Blazer LS Compatiblity?

Do anyone know if I can take a 1997 front driver and passenger seats and use them into a 2001 chevy blazer ls? My 2001 seats are not sliding back and forth and I came across these seats to replace my original ones! Thanks!

There's a bunch of threads around here about the seats. The wires get corroded under the carpet which causes various failures. Perhaps all you need is a little rewiring.

yea I'd check your wires before going out and getting new seats, and 97 seats wouldn't be a direct bolt on fit anyway
