Chevy Blazer ZR 1999 doesn't start / fuel or vaccum leak?

I'm still waiting for the battery.

I feel ur pain, I hate when i cant figure out the cause. I finally found the problem with mine, a water port was too large on the head I had reworked causing water to leak into #2 cylinder.
I replaced the lower intake manifold gasket twice thinking that was my problem.
Luckily, I found another vortec head and they rebuilt it. Its back on and running well.
Now to get the back up camera to work, ugh, I hate 12v issues.
Take care.
Interior is also s10 Blazer
Had to make some brackets and faceplate for dbl din aftermarket stereo

Hello,
After more than a month, here I am again with the same situation ...
I was in the process of changing the battery. Something done with difficulty because to find a battery with the terminals on the right side for the Blazer, it's not easy!
I took the opportunity to redo some connections to ground ...
But the blazer still does not start.
Also as part of the fuel pressure investigation, I replaced the fuel line between the tank outlet and the fuel filter with a rubber fuel line. I think I gained around 10psi.
Here is the photo below of the maximum pressure obtained but this has not changed the pressure at the shraeder valve. She is still at 58psi
Pressure measurement at the outlet of the fuel filter by switching on the ignition
Fuel pressure test
You can see how I did the outlet fuel filter pressure test on video with the attachment.
If I understood correctly, the pressure regulated at 58psi does not trigger the pressure regulator of the injectors ... Is that what is causing me trouble?
Do you have any guidelines for continuing my research?
Should I also change the line between the fuel filter and the engine?
How to neutralize the return line to the tank at the service port to see if my max pressure remains at 80psi at this level?

The starter will crank but the engine will not start?
What is the fuel pressure while the engine is cranking?
Do you have 1" of strong blue spark with a good pattern at the spark plug end while cranking?
George

Yes Georges, it's like that for a year ...
58psi (see attached video if you want)
The ignition part was tested at the start of the problem and there was indeed a spark in the spark plugs.
What is certain is that the fuel pressure seems insufficient compared to the explanation of the tutorial of Captain Hook.
The 10 psi improvement in pressure after redoing the fuel line between the tank and the filter confirms the fragility of this line.
I have 80 psi max pressure at the fuel filter, and 58 max at the service port. I think this is not normal but I do not know what to do to fix it.
The battery is of very good quality and new,
the tank is new,
the fuel filler is new,
the fuel pump is new,
complete injector spider with pressure regulator is new,
I moved the wires to the ECM and cleaned its connectors ... etc. etc.
Don't tell me Chevy's are worse than Renault ???
So the problem must be with something that I haven't touched yet, No?
The Captain hook tutorial explains what to measure but does not say what to do if the measurements are not in conformity ... And me, I do not know where to look more ... (I have already spent a lot of money for nothing.)

There was swelling of the metal pipe at the quick connector near the pump. Nothing convincing, but I couldn't remove this connector without breaking it. I wanted to see the interior. Maybe the pipe had narrowed in places because I had a pressure of 70psi and I went to 80psi. The new pipe is 10mm in diameter and not 8 like the original.
Apart from this change in max pressure, I saw nothing else.
Is 80psi at the filter and 58psi at the service port normal?

Technically your fuel pressure is out of range because at key off, pump off you drop to 50 psi. I am surprised that the truck is not starting or at least firing a little during cranking at those pressures. I must admit though that I don't have any experience with marginal fuel pressure finding the level below which the truck won't even start firing even if it wont start, maybe someone else here can speak to how low the pressures must drop before the engine/injectors won't fire at all.
