Clicking new tccm.. good or bad?

Yeah it used to work good. Then during the last winter I noticed it was no longer working. I didn't really look into it till some rainy days and it was actually spinning it's wheels and I knew winter was coming fast.
I figure wiring since I've replaced and checked what can be replaced and checked. And the fact no lights of any kind come on for the AWD with the new parts. Even if a speed sensor wasn't working, it should have thrown a code by now and let me know. But for whatever reason, the computer is missing some sort of command or input for the self diagnostics to work.
