That's a good thought. Especially since mine don't work at all. I have checked the fuses and they are good. I will have to track the wires to the wipers. However, I can't figure out why that noise is so random, especially when the engine is off and I pump the brrakes. Or when I am not trying to use them and just putting the truck in gear. I still think there is some kind of trick being played on me.
