Clicking sound from front passenger side only in reverse
In reverse, a serious clicking sound comes from the front passenger side. The speed of the click relates to the speed of the vehicle. CV axle was my guess, but I cannot afford to throw money at guesses. Help?

That is odd that it only occurs when in reverse. When you hear the noise, does it change depending on the angle of the wheels? Does the noise change when the wheels are turned tight vs when they are straight? Is it any different with the wheels all the way to the left or right?
CV joint problems typically make themselves known when the wheels are turned. There isn't much of a driveline angle with stock suspension height so just moving with the wheels pointed straight doesn't typically make a noise, but when you try to turn sharp, that is when you will will hear it.
Another issue with these trucks is the front axle engagement mechanism. Does the noise go away or change if you put the transfer case in to 4HI?
