Default Clicking or taping sound from rear?

Hello. I have a 95 4.3V 4x4. When I push on the gas aggressively I can hear a clicking or taping sound coming from what sounds like the rear. A buddy and me pulled off the differential cover to have a look and all is good. Wire brushed it, painted, put it back on and refilled it with new fluid. Is this coming from the drive shaft? It is also starting to do when it changes gears, like when I'm trying to get on the highway. Is this an easy fix? Thanks in advance for any help.

you might need the joints in the drive shaft . go under your truck and shake your drive shaft . if its got play you need to replace the joints
