if my 98 blazer has auto climate control and manual can i switch it over to just manual?

what i mean is that right now i have auto climate control or auto air as some call it.It also has a manual setting where i can control everything me self.What i was wondering is if i can change the hvac control panel to just a manual one and the actuator motor under the dash because the one for manual air is a 100 dollars cheaper then the one for auto air.

Not without a lot of work you can't. There is a lot more to the system than just the controls in the dash and the actuator for the blend door.
