My Blazer does the same thing when making a right hand turn. I suspected the sway bar links and after inspecting noticed that one was complete busted off. Well I fixed those and the noise is still there. I am going to investigate a little more this weekend and try some of the things mentioned in this thread.

Just bumping thread to see if Andrew or Longer found their problem (it's been too cold for me to want to crawl under there!). My four-door does the same thing on the passenger side. I work with previous owner, so I'm familiar with it's history. He had ball joints replaced fairly recently, so I'm convinced that they are not my problem.

I have not found a solution yet. I am not too worried about it honestly. I checked the torsion bar mounts and they are still good. Ball joints are ok as well. I will look more into it when it gets warmer here.

there was a mount on the crossmember where the Torsion bars were attached to closest to the rear of the truck that was bad and would hit the frame when i made sharp turns. I've sold the truck since then and it's been a while so forgive me if my description is a little vague. While i had the truck i replaced the ball joints and what a PITA that is just to not solve the problem. I never fixed the mount on the crossmember but i could see marks from where it was hitting the frame.
