Recently I experienced a hard shift which was hard enough to knock the fan blade slightly into my shroud knocking one tip piece off it, and now it feels a tad unbalanced. The motor mounts were replaced 2 or so years ago, so have them in mind but would like to realize the procedure for replacement of the fan blade assembly, if possible. Thank you.
