Question Code P0147, do I really need to replace the o2?

My check engine came on the other day. I brought it over to Autozone and they came up with the code:

P0147
o2 Sensor Heater
Circuit Malfunction
(Bank 1 Sensor 3)

I read that it is post cat. But I am wondering how important is it that I get this changed out? It's still winter here in Michigan and I would rather crawl under the truck when it's warmer than 30 degrees outside. Also, they cleared the code yesterday and it hasn't come back since.

Thoughts?
