code P0300

I replaced my fuel pressure regulator, and now I am getting a code P0300, and it is cylinder 6 & 5.
Does anyone have any suggestions, and a local mechanic said "it might be the fuel injector 6 & 5. I am thinking of getting a new spider injector

USUALLY p0300 is secondary ignition aka cap, rotor, plugs, wires. so i would check those first
