I have a '96 Blazer. It had a leaking intake manifold gasket so I replaced it. Put everything back together and now the truck is running rough and code P0301 pops up. Please help!!

Since you removed the distributor during the intake manifold gasket, I would suspect a timing problem.

I would run through the EDI Engine Timing procedure to make sure that it is set properly. You may need to set the CMP Retard as well which requires a scan tool capable of displaying the CMP Retard.

 

I Moved it about 50 feet and my buddy said it sounded like a machine gun.
