Do a Search, you'll be surprised what you find.

Hey I cleared all the codes and got it working
The fuel pump had a broken nozzle
Which looked like someone had to put j b weld n tape on it
The previous owner said he had just replaced the fuel pump

I changed the filter and engine oil all to be safe
But after I let it run for awhile
And I decided to take it for test drive and I noticed it not accelerating at all
I press down the pedal almost to the floor and no acceleration at all and cuts out
I looking for some reasons in post here.
I think it's the converter
If you had this problem please show me a solution of a post
Or any advice would be greatly appreciated

If you can get some one to rev it in park while you stand at the tailpipe it sounds like you got a couple extra mufflers when the cat. plugs up

White smoke in exhaust and brown yellowish oil
Does this mean a gasket problem??
Which would be most work replace the head gasket
Or replace the whole engine??

White smoke and yellowish oil? is it creamy like mayo? that's a bad head gasket.
I found it more cost effective to do the head gaskets myself, but I've done them before. Removing the hood will give you all the room you need.

if the oil looks like coffee with coffee creamer in it,you have a bad headgasket/cracked head/or blown intake manifold gasket.
