A body lift is fine, it does not affect chassis ride height. If you install a suspension lift, or do anything that causes chassis ride height to go out of spec, that's when you start wearing out parts prematurely.

The Moog kit in the link states that it's for 2nd design with offset outer tie rod ends. It shows the ends in the image, but it also shows ball joints for a 2WD vehicle. Might want to find out what kind of tie rod ends you have, and then call them to make sure the kit will fit your vehicle.
