Default control arm bushings???

I am doing the upper controlarm bushings on my 97 4wd. Should I replace all bolts and cams?

Default

when i did my suspension lift i reused all but one bolt and cam set.
the rear one on driver side was pretty rusted.

so i would have to say if they look good then reuse them.
otherwise i know around me it is 25.00 for one bolt/cam set and you need 4 of them.
