Coolant leak under radiator

They are not coolant lines, they are air lines. The air pump forces fresh air into the exhaust so the catalytic converter can operate more efficiently. Follow the hoses, there are check valves to prevent exhaust from entering the pump, and the hoses end up at the exhaust manifold. Maybe the water pump gasket is leaking or possibly lower intake manifold gaskets.

The secondary air pump was used from 1999 through 2001.
