I'd give up the "bent sway bar" idea. You'd rather rip the mounts off than have it bend.
The Blazers come with at least two different base frames, and I think same applies to the control arms. You should have a same set as blazen_red_4x4, not like me.
Prior You place any order, make sure whether the sway bar is an incorrect type or the control arms. What model actually do You have?

Almost all the front suspension/ steering is different on the UK rhd cars. You will see plenty of older threads on the forum about the fact that the pitman arms and steering boxes are unique and therefore now difficult to find.
Mine is currently in for MOT and a service but when it’s back I’ll have a look as I believe it’s totally original.
The best people to speak to about bits are Parts USA as they are effectively the Bauer Millett parts department so were servicing the cars when new and have access to the GM computer system as one of only two official GM outlets in the country. I have always found them very helpful as is Steve at PontiacJeep UK though he has run down his stock of parts due to very small number of cars still running in the UK.

With regards to Shaun input, I still have my doubts.
blazen_red_4x4 is from Florida (definitely not right hand drive) and his control arms seems to fit Your sway bar perfectly. I wonder what models he has?
EDIT: Found it: https://blazerforum.com/g/album/7778872 He's got LS not LT. So, for me it looks like Your control arms are ok, but the sway bar is from LS not LT.

I've just taken this photo of my 1999 RHD Blazer that I've owned since 2000. Hope this helps. I have same model as you do.
