So i picked up a real spark tester and I was not getting good spark. So every thing I've read about this circuit said the cam sensor wouldn't cause a no start condition. Well after verifying I had continuity through the cam sensor wire harness to pcm I was able to get a scan tool and verified the cam sensor was generating no signal. Picked up a new cam sensor and installed it and fired up. Problem solved. Thanks for your help.

Have a 2000 blazer 4wd 2d. 4.3 vortex recently started drove from kentucky to Indiana to missouri and suddenly quit alternator is Rusty and battery dies bought battery in 2018 in ny. Took it out my alero and put it in blazer brother says it ecu and computer but I got lights and power just slowly works and very dim

 

You should start a new thread, this is a new and mostly unrelated problem. When I see the new thread show up I'll have some questions for you.
