Default Crank no start? Nheed help asap

i have been having problems with my 2000 zr2 the last couple of weeks, at first it was the battery so i replaced that, then the fuel pump went so i replaced that. and on that note i have replaced the spark plugs, wires, cap + rotor and alternater aswell. okay so here is my problem... my truck was running great all week then i parked it on friday night around 7 woke up saturday around 10 to start my truck but the battery was dead, so i replaced it later that night, i had my vehicle plugged in all night and day but it still wont start, it turns over all nice and dandy but just wont go, i put some starting fluid in the throttle body and it will start but will die after about a second or two. i checked my fuel pressure and i have 50 psi, which should be enough according to my haynes manuel. i need to get to work on monday!!! does anybody have a solution!????

what kind of fuel pump did you put in it? You need more than 50PSI-more like mid 50's. I'm sure someone will chime in with the exact number but I had one once with 50 and that wasn't enough. Jerry

A minimum of 60 is recommended, 57 will get you by. Anything below 55 won't start. The injection is calibrated with the assumption of a minimum pressure. Below that and you're simply not getting enough fuel. Check the 96+ fuel system diagnosis procedures link above the posts.
