Default crank no start. need help asap!

Hey guys. Well I have a 2001 4x4 blazer Lt. Put a new motor in got everything hooked up Nd well I'm at a stand still now. Truck cranks great but no start. I have spark at icm that's strong but its weak off #1. Tested by using a spark plug wire and plug off icm. Then off distributor. Cap seems fine and rotor seems iffy. The motor ran fine when I bought it. I have no idea what else to check or do at this point. Need some guidance. Dont want to go and spend money on parts that wont make a difference and at this point all I can think of is replacing the cap rotor Nd maybe distributor. Please help I need this truck running by Sunday night

Have you checked your fuel pressure?

Yes I at 60 psi. Cranks sputters and pops. Have a weak spark at the plugs. Going to get a rotor because mine looks like crap. Hoping for the best. Any other ideas of what could cause the weak spark at the plugs??? It's strong and constant from the coil.
