Default crazy smoke coming from tailpipe

So today me and my friend were driving around for about an hour in 95-100 degree heat. then im at a redlight and this guy honks at me and i roll down my window and he was like look out your tailpipe, and i looked outta the pass mirror and it was pouring out white smoke like crazy, and after i had the windows down i could tell it smelled sweet. so after that i immmediatly check my temp and its at 210, maybe a touch above. I was about to jump out of my car in the middle of the road thats how bad the smoke was. the guy was like your cars about to catch on fire so i almost jumped out then realized it prly wasnt going to lol. so when the light turned green i accelerated and i had very very low power but temp was right at 210. I checkd my oil and it was dark so i coudldnt see if it was milky but i did see it had oil. So possible suspects...... I switched from conventional to synthetic last oil change(about 200 miles ago) so could it be the synthetic eating up and burning the sludge? Suspect number 2.. before it started smoking i filled up with gas about 5 miles before, and i put in 89 for the first time just for the hell of it. could that cause it? and finally suspect number 3, intake manifold gasket leaking AGAIN. COuld explain the sweet smell? what do you guys thinkk?

White smoke is usually antifreeze being burned off. If it was that hot & you shut it off then pressure builds in the cooling system because it's not being circulated & cooled by the rad. When it builds like that I'm taking a guess the newly replaced intake manifold wasn't torqued properly or in the right sequence & yes, it's popped again.
The synthetic, 89 octane etc don't have anything to do with the some errr smoke IMO.
