Exclamation White Smoke out tailpipe, losing antifreeze? Help Please!

Obviously these next couple are gonna be long! First off 95 jimmy vin:W cpi 4x4. I was driving home and I floored it, hit 75mph fast then slowed down( short stretch) for another 5min drove @ 40mph then was home. few hours later I started it and a ton of white smoke from tailpipe(and as i continued to drive). Drove it 2miles stopped to run into gas station(left it running) came out temp was 250!! Put water in it, sat for 20min! started it again then drove a mile hit 225 tmp then stopped. this time lost gallon of water (then filled it), still white smoke, then i let sit for 40min(only a mile from house) Drove it home hit 250 or 260 tmp as i pulled in the driveway. Popped the hood i could see smoke and i think antifreeze coming from the valve cover gasket!! 30 min later stared it then stop it!! No antifreeze in the oil? Also to i seen a drop of oil by spark plug 5 on the bottom of the metal shield(wasn't there this morning)

SYMPTOMS
Moist white smoke from the tail pipe
Loss of antifreeze
Overheated
smoke from valve cover

From what picked up lower intake manifold gasket possibly head gasket?
I stay up with the maintenance and well beyond!!

I'm familiar with the engine but not a mechanic and I don't have alot of money! So i guess I seek help with diagnostics (beyond repair, serious, moderate) and help with how to fix it!!! I ****in lov that truck

Thanks for lookin!!

What should i look for to tell whether i should swap Or strip? I have experience with building a house, I know what to look for. I zero experience with this situation JUs lookin for some pointers, advice, options etc...?

I would suspect a blown head gasket.

mine was doing pretty much the samething. i figured it was a head gasket so tore it apart. got to the lower intake and the gasket was gone in the back on the passenger side. took it the rest of the wat apart to find that the headgaskets were still good. but if its that far apart might as well do the hg's anyway. least in my case had 250,000 on them.

My upper intake was leaking to the outside and when pulled apart had to replace the intake due to Dexcool eating it. I only had the Dexcool in 2 years before I swapped it out for the green stuff. Agreed though when you are that far in replace it all.

Thank you your responses greatly appreciated! I'm about to take the upper intake off. Any tips from someone who knows what to expect through this process, pointers? I've been searching forums, saving diagrams looking for the best way to do things etc... But the best knowledge is experience!! Thats what i was thinking, just do the head since im that close.
