I'm trying to figure out why my cruise isn't working. I'm leaning toward the brake switch. Today, I found out I don't have to hold the brake to put it in gear. My brake lights all work fine. Does the brake switch control both cruise and putting it gear?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
