Quick question here:
For the central sequential fuel injection spider, is it supposed to spray fuel out of the fuel injectors when the key is first turned to the run position to activate the fuel pump? Just curious before I actually do the leakdown test. I cycled the key to the run position about 3 times and no fuel came out of any of the injectors

No. The fuel injectors should only open when the engine is cranking.
Priming just pressurizes the system so that when you do crank it, the correct amount of fuel will come out when the PCM pulses the injectors.
