RE: curious about gearing
Your axle ratios will vary...usually either 3.42 or 3.73. To find out, look at the RPO codes in your glove box. GU6= 3.42, GT4 = 3.73
Use this handy Gear Ratio Calculator to find out your final drive/crawl ratio. Just in case you need to know, you have the 4L60E transmission (auto) or the NV3500 (should you have a 5-speed manual), assuming you have the 3-button electronic 4x4 you have the NP233 transfer case, but both the NP233 (electronic) and the NP231 (1st gen blazer floor shifted 4x4) have the same 2.71 low-range....so...for the calculator...use NP231.
Then just enter your axle ratio (found in glovebox) and your tire size, and hit calculate. It gives you lots of fun info
My final crawl is 28.3:1. Woo!
